About

Everything from scratch. Every cup the same.

El Pacho is a small Ukrainian family roastery a few steps from Union Station. Kristina and Alex roast every bean on site, bake the pastries and cook the syrups themselves.

No shortcuts, no artificial anything. Just the idea that your cup should taste exactly right — no matter who is behind the bar.

The space

Even Mona takes it black.

Hand-painted walls, fresh flowers, glass-block bar and a roastery you can watch from your seat. A small room for a busy corner: grab your espresso on the way to the train — or catch a seat for a second pour-over.
